URBAN LEAGUE YOUNG PROFESSIONAL – volunteering at June 25th event
Arrival Time: Please arrive by 6:15 PM. We will have pizza for you. Check in at the white tents to the left of the stage.
End Time: 8:45pm - We ask that all volunteers check in with the volunteer tent before they leave — we will probably need your help for the quick tear down.
Scope of volunteer work - Imagination Station Attendants:
- · Manage crowd for Face Painters
- · Interact with families and deliver customer service as needed
- · Help with other event focused activities as needed
Details:
Attire - Wear shorts or jeans — whatever is comfortable. Tennis shoes or sandals. We will have a
t-shirt for you that you can put over what you are wearing. Try not to bring a purse or any valuables since we don’t have a place to store them.
Location: St. Louis Place Park. If you have GPS, just enter the intersection of Rauschenbach and St. Louis Avenue. Here is a map:

Parking: There is designated parking lot just a block from the park (follow signs) and street parking around the perimeter of the park.
