Serving With A Badge (SWAB) & The Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis

Serving With A Badge is an organization, started by Officer Christian Johnson, with the mission “To mobilize off duty Police & First Responders to improve communities they serve by providing them with extra resources and opportunities to volunteer.” The Porch Light Project is an initiative in which members of the community along with officers will be installing/replacing porch lights for homes, in 3 St. Louis neighborhoods [Vandeventer Neighborhood, Walnut Park, and Penrose] in order to improve the safety and quality of the neighborhood.
