ProDev Hub is an initiative from the Personal and Professional Development team that makes community change a tangible process. Based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, this program offers the opportunity for our communities to coalesce around a centered-goal of sustainability and well-being. We accomplish this by offering a wealth of information and a framework that should be used to establish sustainability in individuals and organizations. This is weaving the fabric of a healthy community and we're excited that you're ready to start! 

To achieve this community goal, we have broken the tasks down into 4 Strengths which are necessary tenets of well-being: Health, Wealth, Community & Achievement. These 4 pillars are supported by Themes for Mastery: curated content organized by theme allowing members to educate themselves and connect their aspirations to tangible progress and skill sets. This content is in the form of infographics, instructional videos, e-courses, webinars and SuiteTalks. What is even more exciting is that all of this content is sourced from within the community! Take a look at a few of our most current additions under the Health strength.

Professional development opportunities beneficial for young professionals, regardless of one’s career field?

“You should never stop learning” is a phrase that is just as important in your career as it is in your education. Professional development opportunities are imperative for your career at every stage.  When you are a young professional just starting out, educational development and learning opportunities should be built into your career plan and regularly sought out. It can be easy to look at your career as just your job and what you do daily – but we spend so much of our lives working, it’s worth taking a step back and deciding that we want more out of our time. When you invest in your personal and professional growth regularly, you can easily evaluate whether you are growing and making positive strides towards your goals.
