Darrell is an experienced fitness professional at only 23. He attended Lindenwood University and studied Exercise Science, he has been a personal trainer for 4 years, Darrell is a collegiate football and baseball athlete, and is a nationally qualified NANBF bodybuilder. On top of all of that Darrell is a news reporter for real STL NEWS, a youth pastor, and is a community Service Advocate with 2def Initiative & A Firm Foundation. 

He will be walking us through the do’s and don’ts of the fitness world. If you want to gain lean muscle or lose weight, this is the meeting to attend to learn more!
