Get directions →Whether you can lend a hand, share a talent, donate candy, or help spread the word, there’s a place for you. Together, we can make this a fun, safe, and welcoming evening for children and families.
Help with setup, welcoming families, activities, candy restocking, and cleanup. Volunteer shifts run from 2:00–7:30 PM.
Know a magician, clown, balloon artist, or face painter? Help us find kid-friendly entertainers willing to volunteer an hour or two.
Candy donations and financial contributions help support the event. Contact Barry Neal to coordinate a candy donation.

| Setup crew | 2:00–4:00 PM | Lighting, tables, signage, and trunk spot markers. |
| Check-in & wristbands | 3:30–7:00 PM | Welcome families and distribute wristbands and event materials. |
| Traffic, parking & line flow | 3:30–7:00 PM | Guide vehicles and families; keep the route moving safely. |
| First aid & lost-child station | 3:30–7:00 PM | Staff the safety station. CPR or first aid certification preferred. |
| Photos & social media | 3:30–7:00 PM | Capture photos, short videos, family moments, and testimonials. |
| Floaters & candy restock | 3:30–7:00 PM | Restock trunks, cover breaks, and provide extra help. |
| Activities team | 3:30–7:00 PM | Support the trunk decorating contest, costume parade, voting, and activity stations. |
| Teardown crew | 7:00–7:30 PM | Clean the lot, pack supplies, and break down tables and signage. |
Volunteers will receive additional information before the event, including arrival instructions, parking details, assignments, and day-of expectations.
