Voting MethodThe election will be conducted online using a secure voting platform (e.g., Google Forms, ElectionRunner, or SurveyMonkey). Each member will receive a unique link or code to ensure one vote per person. The Election Committee will manage ballot verification and certification. Election Oversight CommitteeA three member impartial Election Committee will oversee the process to ensure fairness, transparency, and confidentiality. They will verify candidate eligibility, administer the ballot, and certify the final results. Transition & OnboardingIncoming officers will begin the overlap period in December. Outgoing officers will share key resources, passwords, and project briefings.
